Across our region, many employers are having trouble finding the talent they need to fill available jobs, and we all want to do our part to develop the strong, talented workforce we need. But to solve this problem, we need to understand it.

We are inviting business owners and leaders in Pottawatomie County to participate in an important survey of business conditions in the region.

The brief survey measures business conditions and the barriers our local businesses are experiencing with the current workforce. By understanding the future needs of our businesses we can proactively prepare for them.

Results of the survey will be shared with community stakeholders in an effort to collaborate and improve workforce.

You can either scan the QR code or click on the button below to take the survey now.
