MEET THE TEAM

::

David McGowan, Superintendent/SSHO/QC

David’s connection to 8-koi began when he worked a few years back with Otto Hererra, current VP of CDE, at his former construction company. In David’s previous work he was a shipping manager and managed over 48 employees and local delivery drivers and worked as a safety coordinator.

Currently serving as 8-koi’s superintendent/SSHO/QC, he’s working on the Sawtooth reroof job at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville that involves removing rotten or defective roof wood and replacing it with new. With safety in mind, the process requires upkeep and care for equipment, property and personnel.

Constructing metal roofing, removing and replacing industrial fans, snaking drains and making improvements is David’s current daily focus. The benefit and reason for his dedication is the people he works with and the team environment.
