REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT (RFR) BIL GRANTS AND AIP GRANTS

When submitting reimbursement forms for projects that have both BIL and AIP funding, please submit a separate Request for Reimbursement (RFR) for each.

Example: RFR 1 is for an AIP (Airport Improvement Program, NPE, Discretionary....) request, RFR 2 is for a BIL request.

This will greatly help in the administration of these grants and timely processing of the reimbursements.

When submitting RFRs for projects, please send them to your assigned MoDOT Project Manager for review.
