Annual financial completion in January, and

Guaranteed delivery for tax preparation by Feb. 15th.

The information that Bell Solutions has been provided through February 5th, will be handed over to your tax preparer, no later than February 15th, so that the income tax process may begin. After that time, any remaining items should be provided directly to your tax preparer.

All business accounts must be reconciled in order to close 2023 and process 1099s.

If you have bank or credit cards with a statement ending date that is NOT the last day of the month, please make sure you have sent all statements that include the period of December 31, 2023. You can find all outstanding statement in your January Month End checklist.

Details must be supplied for all Uncategorized transactions in order to close 2023 and process 1099s.

If Bell Solutions processes your payroll, there is nothing you need to do!

All tax filings, including your employees W2s, will be processed as needed.
