Children (grades Pre K-5) at 9:15 a.m. begins in the Kmotion room.

Adults at 9:30 a.m. upstairs. “Theology for Life” will look at the big themes of Scripture and our faith. Each week we’ll ask: What does Scripture say about this topic? Our Lutheran confessions? And what does it all mean for how we live as disciples of Jesus? Everyone is welcome!

After 37 years with Peace Preschool, Sonya is retiring from Preschool Director. Help us celebrate this momentous occasion on Sunday, May 12 after service by showering Sonya with cards and blessings.

Alone! … Alone!... Alone!  It may be a situation. It may be a feeling. It might just be a long running series on the History Channel. 



Join us in at the Men’s Retreat for food, fellowship and some time to consider your relationship with God and with others. You will be busy, full and definitely will NOT be ALONE!

VBS: Join us for an adventure at Camp Firelight VBS this summer, June 24-27.

College and Young Adults Group


Come join the College & Young Adults group weekly on Sundays from 5:30 - 7:30 pm as we spend time studying the bible and getting to know each other better through food and fellowship. Anyone who has graduated high school and considers themselves a Young Adult is welcome. For questions, contact Madelynn Ratke at 405-627-6173.  

L.O.F.T. - Letting Our Faith Thrive

All 6th grade - 12th grade student are invited to gather on Wednesday nights at 6:00 p.m. for food, fellowship and fun!


WEB - Women Exploring the Bible-meets on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. The study will be on The Book of Ruth. Please let Jane Ratke know if you would like a book at ratke1@cox.net.


WEB is asking for nursery help on Tuesday mornings from 9-11 a.m. If you can help for even one week, please let Jane know at ratke1@cox.net.

Donate Blood for Kerri Veit


Members wanting to donate blood to credit toward Kerri’s upcoming surgery can make an appointment at any OBI office. The Edmond OBI site is located at:

3409 S. Broadway, Suite 300.   At the time of donation, they will fill out paperwork to credit the donation to Kerri Veit. You will need her address, phone number, birthday, Baptist Integris Hospital where she will have her surgery on May 15. You can either find this information on Instant Church Directory using your email to log on or call Donna at 405.590.9949.

Hope House Guthrie

HHG has (2) mothers with children and a grandmother raising her grandson in the facility who are mostly domestic violence survivors. Besides the general list of needs for the baby room, I wanted to know if we could specifically provide these mothers with babies with the following items on their personalized list.


Mother with 4-year-old boy

  1. 5T/Size small in clothes
  2. 4T/5T in underwear
  3. Socks
  4. 11c in shoes


Grandmother with 16-month boy

  1. Diaper size 5
  2. Baby Hygiene
  3. Baby wipes
  4. Short sets size 18 months
  5. Shoe size 4



Mother with 2 year girl

  1. 3T clothes

  4. Nightlight
