Project Open Hand serves lunches 7 days a week at 66 Raymond Ave. Meals are FREE. Seniors may give a $2 donation, but it is not required. Non-seniors and visitors are required to pay $6 per meal.

Chair-Based Yoga with Mark Cormier

With a focus on connecting breath and movement, this chair-based yoga class for anyone calms the mind while keeping the practice safe. For ages 60 and older.


Mark Cormier has been teaching for 15 years and led chair yoga workshops for the San Francisco Public Library since 2009.

Please visit vaccines.gov to find a vaccine location near you.

Where to Get Tested

People should go to their health care provider first if they have one. If you are in need, the San Francisco Department of Public Health has over 20 sites that offer drop-in options to receive a test.
