ENTRANTS AND JUDGES

New Info for THIS WATER SEASON

1. Underwater retrieve articles can now be 4.5 inches tall.

2. The NCA Out of Control Dog policy is now in effect for all NCA water and draft and events (go to the Working Form Library, then click “common test forms”). Please practice good dog management at all club events.

3. Online Evaluation tools coming soon!

General Training Reminders

Remember to read the regulations!

AFTER THE EVENT, SEND IN YOUR EVALUATIONS!

When you are training and showing, be mindful of the basics....

Hoomans -- wear your life jacket! Safety first always.

Dogs must deliver articles to your hand-not drop them into your hands.

Dogs need to stay on the boat once boarded

Judges Reminders

Please remind your stewards:

Splashing next to the boat but no banging on the boat

Stewards should call continuously if dogs turn away or returns to standing depth so dogs can return to them in the time allotted for those exercises as allowed in the regulations.

Anchors must be used and if they remain in the water for other exercises, make sure there are no dangling lines that could wrap up a dog when swimming
