As part of the Transforming Site Plan Review project, all of the departments involved in Completeness Check for site plan came together to evaluate our current process and create a simpler list of requirements. We are also working to streamline and simplify documents across the site plan process to improve your experience. As a result of this work, we will roll out the following changes on May 15 for the consolidated site plan process:

  • A new, streamlined Consolidated Site Plan Completeness Check Submittal Checklist. 
  • An updated Consolidated Site Plan Completeness Check Application for completeness check submittal. 
  • A new Site Plan Requirements webpage that provides the requirements for the Consolidated Site Plan Application. This will replace the existing Consolidated Site Plan Application Instructions document. 


The new consolidated site plan completeness check application and checklist will be published on May 15. If you have the current versions saved, please set a reminder to visit our Forms and Applications page to download the new version. Only the new Consolidated Site Plan Completeness Check Application will be accepted after May 15, 2024. 


We will continue to make improvements to the remaining site plan documents, including applications, checklists, and instructions in the coming weeks.
