FDA Releases Updated Pre-Harvest Water Rule

On May 2, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released their final revisions to the FSMA Produce Safety Rule Pre-Harvest Agricultural Water Rule. Our team is in the process of reading and familiarizing ourselves with the new rules, and rest assured, we will be here to lend our support. In the near future, our team will begin providing updates and information sessions to help growers understand the new rules as well as how to comply with them. Growers are encouraged to sign up to receive notice of informational updates.
