Dear SEMO Community,

Effective immediately, Dr. Kevin Dickson, the current chair of the Department of Management, has been appointed to serve as interim dean for the Harrison College of Business & Computing.

Dr. Heather McMillan, professor in the Department of Management, will serve as interim chair for the Department of Management.

I appreciate their willingness to step into these roles and provide leadership and continuity for the college. I encourage everyone to extend their support as Kevin and Heather assume these responsibilities.

Both appointments are effective through June 2026.
