Community School Update

The Summary of Changes Noted from the Initial Application Materials provided by the City of Sun Valley:
Traffic Impact Analysis (changes from version dated October 30th compared to version dated November 3rd)
- Added references to bike/pedestrian improvements and potential future public transit connections in the Summary and Findings section.
- Clerical updates to typos (for example, 2026 rather than 2043 was noted in a reference to ‘future with-project volumes.’)
Development Agreement
- Clerical revision changing the 10-year time period during which a school will not be considered to 15 years (this brings the DA into alignment with the narrative, with references a 15-year time period)
- Added standards for what constitutes ‘minor’ and ‘major’ changes to the Conceptual Plans
- Added section about constructing a sidewalk on Arrowleaf Road concurrent with issuance of a building permit for a residential building.
- Added sections regarding shared legal defense costs, updated Force Majeure section, added sections 23 (Counterparts) and 24 (Further Acts)
