CHAMBER MEMBER BENEFITS

If you're a small business owner in Ohio, navigating the complexities of health insurance can be a daunting task. But did you know that the SOCA Benefit Plan, administered by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, offers a unique solution tailored for small businesses like yours?

The SOCA Benefit Plan is not just any health insurance plan. It's a self-funded option specifically designed for small Ohio employers and sole proprietors. This plan operates as a Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA), allowing small businesses to band together and share the risks associated with health insurance claims. This collaborative approach provides financial protection, backed by Anthem's robust stop loss coverage.

But what truly sets the SOCA Benefit Plan apart? Here are some key highlights:

  1. Competitive Rates: Designed with small businesses in mind, the plan offers competitive pricing that fits your budget.
  2. Predictable Monthly Payments: Manage your finances better with fixed, predictable monthly payments.
  3. Diverse Plan Designs: Choose from a variety of health plan designs to find the one that best suits your business needs.
  4. Extensive Provider Network: Gain access to Anthem’s broad Blue Access PPO provider network and Essential Rx drug list.
  5. Comprehensive Coverage: Enjoy coverage for claims run-out/terminal liability, ensuring peace of mind.
  6. Enhanced Wellness Programs: Benefit from expanded wellness offerings to keep your employees healthy and productive.
  7. Exclusive Additional Options: Access exclusive rates and plan options for additional coverage like vision, life, and disability insurance.

Moreover, Anthem health insurance through SOCA doesn't just stop at providing health coverage and financial protection. It includes value-added services like 24/7 NurseLine, Future Moms, ConditionCare, and more. These programs are designed to support the overall well-being of your employees, making your business a more attractive place to work.

In summary, the SOCA Benefit Plan administered by Anthem BCBS is more than just a health insurance plan; it's a comprehensive solution that supports the health and well-being of your employees while providing financial predictability and stability for your business. As a small business owner in Ohio, this could be the game-changer you need to ensure your employees are well cared for without straining your budget.
