Business Financials
All financial documents and information needed for your business income taxes will be provided to you, and your tax preparer, upon the close of your December books, or by February 15, 2024, whichever is sooner.
Please ensure all 2023 documentation has been supplied to Bell Solutions; including but not limited to:
- Bank, Credit Card & Loan Statements
- Expense Receipts
- Point of Sale Reports (ie: Square, Stripe, Shopify, Paypal, etc.)
- Employee Benefit Summaries
- Owner Mileage
Are you unsure if anything is missing?

You would have been notified on December 1st of any outstanding statements or reports needed through November.

You will be notified this week if you have any outstanding Uncategorized transactions that still need addressed.

You will be notified on January 1st of anything needed to close the year.
