Mindy began her Carrubba tenure as a Sample Coordinator in 2008, working with our Sales Department and our customers after a successful real estate career. During this time, Mindy learned about Carrubba’s product line, customer base, and overall operations. She continued to excel and take on more responsibilities in supporting the Fragrance & Extract Labs, then moved into her position of Executive Assistant to Carrubba President Duane Carrubba. Mindy administered payroll, provided pricing assistance, and supported other operational activities, which led to her promotion to Director of Personnel. Her exceptional career progression at Carrubba has brought her to her recent promotion to Vice President, where she will continue to make significant contributions. | | |

Senior Director of Information Technology | |
Max joined Carrubba in 2016 in our Quality Control Department where he learned about our expansive product lines. Early on he displayed a noteworthy depth of knowledge and interest in computers. Data analysis, system design, and hardware upgrades which enhanced and improved our technology. A year later, Max was transferred to our Information Technology Department where he worked for several years on design and development projects for our complex ERP system. His contributions led to significant upgrades and improvements to our systems' operation and a promotion to Senior Manager, Information Technology. His continued success in hiring and building the current IT Team and his strong leadership skills have earned Max this promotion to Director of Information Technology. | | |

Director of Web & eCommerce Services | |
Vin rejoined the Carrubba Information Technology Team in 2020 after a nine-year tenure from 1988 to 1997. For the past 3 ½ years, he has supported and contributed to all IT aspects including hardware, software, ERP, and security systems for all Carrubba properties. Vin is a talented and valued addition as a part of Carrubba’s growth plans and efforts to expand our web and social media presence. Given his education and work experience in IT development, design, analytics, and business intelligence, Vin has been promoted to Head of Web & eCommerce. He will be supporting our Digital and Interactive Marketing Group in his new role. | |
Francis has over 20 years of experience at Carrubba. His invaluable skills from his work in the Fragrance and Extract Production, as well as Quality Control departments, led to his promotion in 2019 to Extract Production Supervisor. He was recently honored as a Featured Colleague in our July 2023 Newsletter. Francis’ knowledge and commitment led to his promotion to QC Supervisor-Monroe. | | |

Extract Production Supervisor | |
After serving in the US Air Force for 8 years, “Seb” joined Carrubba as a part-time Extract Compounder in 2020. He quickly transitioned to full-time and assumed responsibility for making unique and sizeable batches of extract formulations for our top customers. Since his move to the Monroe facility, he has been instrumental in completing his customized work to meet the demands of our customers worldwide. Seb also trains and mentors new compounders and will head up the Extract Production Team with his new promotion to Supervisor. | | |

Regulatory Affairs Coordinator | |
Mike began his Quality Control tenure in 2021 at our Milford facility as a QC Technician. In 2023, he transferred to our Monroe Facility, where he continues to excel in the technical proficiency of our extract process and in managing the strict testing procedures applied to extract products. Mike is promoted to Sales Coordinator where he can apply this knowledge and work as the liaison to our Sales and Regulatory Affairs Departments. He will closely review customers’ regulatory documentation requests and meet their needs. | |
