Soil Health and Why it Matters

This month's What's Up North blog features a piece by Compost for Good co-founder John Culpepper (pictured, at right, with a local farmer) — a leader and educator whose passion for healthy soils is contagious. Reducing Food Waste in Your Community

ANCA and AdkAction have launched four food waste reduction and compost awareness campaigns in Canton, Lake Placid, Potsdam and Malone. Our team of Compost Liaisons will be conducting campaigns over the next several months. Who Looks After the Water

The last virtual session of Talking Rivers' We Are All in This Together Symposium, co-sponsored by ADI, takes place next Tuesday, April 9 at 6:30 p.m. "Who Looks After Water" will focus on how more-than-human beings are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities towards the ecosystems they call home, while playing their part in maintaining an ecosystem balance that keeps all life flourishing.
