Seasonal Pass Rate Announcement; There will not be a $2 increase to short-term weekly passes or vouchers for the 2024 season.

RBC Heritage Hangtag Distribution Information

Only the road names listed here will have restricted access during the RBC Heritage Tournament (April 15-21). The Security Checkpoints will be manned starting at 6:00 am each day until the end of tournament play. To view a map of the Security Checkpoints click here. A Heritage Hangtag will be required for vehicle access through the Security Checkpoints during tournament play. Hangtag requests are available online only at seapinesliving.com/hangtags.

Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project Update

Major roadway work along South Sea Pines Drive from Baynard Cove to Gadwall Road is in progress and will continue through next week. Expect heavy traffic delays, detours and single lane closures.



  • Roadway milling, asphalt patching, leisure trail paving, and grading operations to be completed this week.
  • Roadway paving operations to begin on Monday, April 1 and continue through Wednesday, April 3, weather permitting.
  • Crews are will also be applying temporary line striping to the paved roadway and will return after the necessary curing period to complete permanent line striping and install roadway reflectors.
  • Please use caution while driving in this area and observe the work zone speed limit of 15 mph and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.
  • Scaup Court: Roadway paving operations began Thursday, March 27th and will continue on Tuesday, April 2nd.

Sea Pines CSA Rental Registration Fee To Be Billed in Spring of 2024

As a reminder, all Sea Pines CSA members who rent or lease any residential property, whether long or short-term, need to register the rental property with Sea Pines CSA. An annual rental registration fee is required, and the fee amount depends on the number of bedrooms advertised:


  • 1 or 2 bedroom properties: $300
  • 3 or 4 bedroom properties: $700
  • 5 or more bedrooms: $1,000


If you already have a Sea Pines CSA Rental Account/“R” code for your property, no further action is needed, except to anticipate an invoice in late Spring 2024. Further details will be provided in advance of the billing.

Beach Shuttle & Sea Pines Trolley Schedule

Beach Shuttle Service Began Saturday, March 23rd: Beach shuttle service from Lot 8 (Located off Greenwood Drive between Fraser Circle and Willow Oak Road West) to The Sea Pines Beach Club will operate daily from 9 AM- 5 PM, weather permitting, during the below timeframes:

 

  • March 23 – April 14
  • April 22 – September 2

 

Beach Shuttle service will not be provided during the RBC Heritage Tournament (April 15th-21st). For more information, please visit seapinesliving.com/beachshuttle.

Sea Pines Trolley Service Begins May 24th: 2024 Trolley Service to the Blue, Green, and Red Routes will operate with the following service times:

Safety Precautions Regarding Alligators in our Community

  • Assume every body of water contains an alligator
  • Stay at least 60 feet (4 car lengths) away from alligators
  • Alligators are ambush predators and can move faster than you or your pets
  • Keep yourself, pets and children away from water’s edge
  • Swimming or wading is prohibited in Sea Pines’ waterways
  • Feeding or harassing alligators is dangerous and illegal
  •  When fishing or crabbing do not throw used bait or fish parts into the water

Important Reminder: Electric and Pedal-Assist Bikes are Prohibited

Electric and pedal-assist bikes are prohibited in Sea Pines. We ask that all rental management and bike companies help to spread the word about this policy and remind their guests and customers to follow these rules. Let's work together to keep Sea Pines a safe and enjoyable place for all.
