Lisa Esteban is the Gil Family Estates’ Sales Director. A Spaniard, she grew up in Los Angeles where she is currently based, but lived many years in Spain where she developed a love for Spanish wine and got her master’s degree in International Business and Trade.

She enjoys sharing her passion for Spanish wine through educational tastings and has received accreditations with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, Level III and the Wine Scholar Guild, Spanish Wine Scholar.
Gil Family is a 5th generation family-owned winery group with estate vineyards and wineries in ten Spanish appellations, producing wines that are true to their traditions and terroirs. 

Their first winery, Bodegas Juan Gil, was founded in 1916 in Jumilla.

Today, they own 4,365 acres of vineyards throughout their 11 wineries located across 10 different appellations, or “D.O.s” (Protected Designations of Origin).
