CCI’s foodie-favorite, the Shirley Ray, is back to serve community members as part of our Food Truck operations class, taught by Chef Lori Walls.
This May, the CCI food truck will be open Fridays 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. (or until sold out). The food truck lunch is walk-up and served take-out style, with no reservations required. Guests are welcome to utilize the patio tables. More food truck information, including weekly menus, will be posted in late April on elevationbend.com
