Walk-up Style Ordering

CCI’s foodie-favorite, the Shirley Ray, is back to serve community members as part of our Food Truck operations class, taught by Chef Lori Walls.

This May, the CCI food truck will be open Fridays 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. (or until sold out). The food truck lunch is walk-up and served take-out style, with no reservations required. Guests are welcome to utilize the patio tables. More food truck information, including weekly menus, will be posted in late April on elevationbend.com

$20 per person plus beverages

Dinner (5-6 p.m.)

Fine dining, Asian Fusion tasting menu

Reservations are required
$48 per person which will include appetizers, entrees, and desserts, presented in a series.

Last Bakery Kiosk of the Year!

Our final Bakery Kiosk day this term is Friday, March 15 from 7:30-10 a.m. (or until sold out).

We’ll reopen our Bakery Kiosk in the Fall term, so don’t miss your last opportunity to snag one of our students’ delicious treats and start your weekend off right!

Student Field Trip - Thanks to you!

Our Culinary Club students are off to the Pebble Beach Food and Wine Show next month! This five-day California field trip is made possible by the dedicated work of CCI student volunteers at various fundraisers; Chef Markland, Lab Assistant Tina Failla, and Culinary Club student leaders; and of course, you, the Central Oregon community members and small businesses who support our students through our Thanksgiving pie fundraiser, our Valentine’s dinner, and other events.
