Message from the Executive Director

As we head toward fall, we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to celebrate the many accomplishments of our cleantech community at our 5th annual Cleantech Innovation Awards. If you haven’t already, be sure to mark your calendars for Thursday, November 16!

We know it will be a fantastic event, but we need your input to identify the people and projects in a wide range of award categories we’ll be celebrating this year. Award nominations are open, and the deadline is coming up fast—September 15. There are awards honoring individuals, small groups, and organizations across North Carolina representing industry, utilities, government, academia/research, nonprofits, and the public sector. You can apply on behalf of your own organization or nominate a project, person, or organization.

This is a wonderful opportunity for us to celebrate the incredible things we’re doing as a cleantech sector here in North Carolina. Please complete the form with your nominations, or feel free to reach out to emmit@researchtrianglecleantech.org to discuss nomination ideas as soon as possible. And then get ready to celebrate on November 16!
