REMINDERS! Closed Monday, April 1 at 2pm

PCT Sessions Expire in April

Center Closed April 1 Starting at 2pm for Planned Power Outage - Will Re-Open April 2

We wanted to let you know that we will be CLOSED April 1, 2024 starting at 2pm due to a planned power outage for the facility. Yampa Valley Electric Association needs to do some work for the new pickleball building, which will result in a planned power outage. We expect the Center to be closed starting at 2pm for the rest of that day. The Center will re-open the next morning. All scheduled events at the Center during that time frame have been cancelled, and all affected participants have been notified by an STPC staff member. Impacted PCT's will be extended for another week due to this closure. Thank you for bearing with us during construction and during this closure. It will be worth it once that new pickleball building is open and ready for play!

Please note that PCT courts will be outdoors starting on June 1.

Strong Showing in Eaton

Girls Team Continues to Fight Hard

The Steamboat Springs Girls High School Tennis Team travelled to Eaton last weekend to play two tough teams and very long hours of competitive tennis. Steamboat fought hard against Windsor and Fort Morgan and played some tough matches. After it was all said and done, our line 1 doubles team of Kelsey Norland and Evan Quinn came out on top, winning the tournament! The entire team played well, and additional results follow:

Line 1 Singles: Lucia del Haya - 2nd place

Line 2 Singles: Lyla Baker - 3rd place

Line 3 Singles: Dylan Quinn - 3rd place

Line 2 Doubles - Amanda Dietrich and Leslie Jimenez - 2nd place

Line 3 Doubles - Emilie Lopez and Taylor Rockford - 4th place

Line 4 Doubles - Paloma Edinburg and Vanessa Dorr - 3rd place

The entire team is playing in Grand Junction this weekend, and we will report on those results next week. Go Team Steamboat!
