🍃 Meet Basil!

As many of you know, we have a new library friend! His spaceship landed at the Community Gardens and he decided to stick around and join in on the fun.

The results of the election to choose our mascot's name have been tallied and certified. 😉 We are delighted to introduce BASIL (pronounced like the garden herb). Look for Basil at our events this spring and summer!

This week, we have Captain America, Memorial Day crafts, paper sculpture art for Asian / Pacific American Heritage Month, and ceramic fairy houses for our tweens and teens. Registration for craft kits begins on Wednesday, May 8th at 3 pm. Don't miss out!

🥳 Summer Reading Kickoff Carnival

Denville residents, please save the date!

Our Summer Reading Program will begin with a carnival at Lakeview School on Sunday, May 19th for our littlest friends right up through our 6th graders. As we've done in the past, we'll use staggered entry times between 2 pm and 4 pm to minimize crowding and lines. This year's carnival will feature lots of games, a prize wheel, music, a stilt walker, balloon animals, airbrush tattoos, cotton candy, sno-cones, giveaways, and so much more!
