Annual Assessments in the Mail


The Annual Assessment statements are in the mail. These are mailed to each owner on April 1, 2024 and should arrive in your mailboxes on or around April 7, 2024. All Assessments are due no later than May 7, 2024 before additional charges are added.


When you receive the statement, please detach the coupon at the top of the letter and mail in the enclosed bank envelope to ensure proper payment processing.

Prior Balances Due

Please note that the coupon statements going out in the mail only include the Annual Assessment amount. There may be an additional balance on your account that is not listed. Please log into your portal online to check any prior balance. Anyone with a previous balance will receive a statement in the mail on/around April 16, 2024. Late Fees Apply After May 7


Payment is due in full no later than May 7th or a late payment penalty of $25.00 will be levied, along with interest from the due date at the rate of 18% per annum. Additional administrative fees may be incurred.


If payment not made by the deadline listed, these additional fees may be accrued on the account.

  • Late Fee: $25.00
  • Interest: 18% past due balance
  • Late Notice Fee: $20.00
  • Certified Mail Fee: $13.10
  • Intent to Lien Fee: $125.00
  • Attorney's Fees: Variable
  • Lien Processing Fee: $225.00
  • Attorney Processing Fee: $225.00


Collections Policy

Making payments


Making your payment is easy and convenient. Here are a couple of options for you:


  • Mail - Please use the coupon you receive and make your payment via mail to the secure lockbox. All payments are processed on the same business day it is received.
  • Online - You can log into your Leland Account Portal to make your payment. Please note that a payment using ACH should not include any additional processing fees. If you choose to use a processor with a fee, those are directly to the processor and not a Leland fee.
  • One-Time Payment - You may also choose to follow the one-time payment option below.


We apologize that Assessments are not accepted in the office due to insurance/crime policy coverage. These should be made online or via mail.


Any owners that need a copy of their statements may contact our office to have one emailed to them or stop by the office to have one printed for you.
