We're thrilled to announce a significant milestone at Adaptive Architects: the appointment of Christine Naiman and Eric DiBella as our newest principals. Their dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence have not only enriched Adaptive Architects but also epitomized our core values. As we progress, their leadership will be instrumental in shaping our organization's future.

Christine Naiman

Principal/Lead Designer

Christine Naiman, an Arizona native with a fervor for art, design, and architecture, has been integral to our journey at Adaptive Architects. With over a decade of experience in architectural design and project management, Christine has left an indelible mark on our firm.


In her role as Principal Designer, she has overseen a diverse portfolio of projects, including municipal, retail, non-profit, office, and catholic diocese buildings. Her calm demeanor, outstanding design acumen, and exceptional team management skills have consistently elevated our projects to new heights. Christine's journey began with a Master's Degree in Architecture from Arizona State University, where she cultivated her passion for architectural design and excellence.

Eric DiBella, another proud Arizona native, brings a diverse skill set and a deep appreciation for music, design, architecture, and technology to his role as Principal/BIM Manager at Adaptive Architects. With nine years of dedicated service to our firm, Eric has played a pivotal role in the successful completion of numerous projects. Prior to joining us, Eric dedicated four years to the City of Mesa Parks and Recreation Department Adaptive Education program, where he honed his skills in coaching and assisting children in various sports.


Since joining Adaptive Architects in June 2015, Eric has seamlessly integrated his knowledge and skills into our projects, ensuring excellence at every stage of development. Eric's dedication to effective communication and project excellence sets a standard within our industry. Outside of work, Eric finds joy in spending time with his growing family and indulging in his love for music and guitar playing.
