At the Allegheny County Financial Empowerment Center, a collaborative effort between Neighborhood Allies, Allegheny County Department of Human Services, and AdvantageCCS, individuals receive top-notch financial guidance and support. Thanks to the backing of Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund and local sponsors, this program was established in March 2019 to offer complimentary, personalized counseling on money management, budgeting, debt reduction, credit building, access to safe banking options, savings strategies, and connections to relevant services. Counselors, equipped with professional training, adeptly assist clients in navigating intricate financial landscapes, empowering them to conquer current obstacles and achieve future financial aspirations with confidence and clarity.
