Spring is here and we have a few trips and safety recommendations

to keep your property looking great and safe.

Last minute Pine tree pruning should be done before mid-April to avoid mites & bark beetles that are still in dormancy as well as prevent excessive sap drop.

Last minute eucalyptus pruning is recommended for trees with a heavy crown to reduce the chance of sudden branch drop-which happens without any warning due to Santa Ana winds.

Due to the heavy rains this past winter, be vigilant regarding the abundance of mustard weeds, and all other unwanted weeds. It is imperative to remove mustard weeds before their seed, germinate, as delaying could present a genuine hazard in light of the strict fire safety regulations this summer.

Erosion has been a serious issue with this past winter on the hill. Help combat erosion with Finley’s vineyard installation team. We can help turn an undeveloped area on your property to a beautiful and eco-friendly vineyard start to finish, including maintenance.
