Join Trainer Depeche for a Small Group Training Circuit that burns calories and builds muscle. Let’s get your heart rate up and work on form! Beginners and experienced members are welcome.

Join Trainer Tyler for 45 minutes of the best core workout you've ever had, it's 45 HARD!

$10 per session paid directly to Tyler.

Tyler trained 2-3 times a day for 8 weeks to prepare for a Muay Thai kickboxing fight in Fresno last Saturday. Tyler won this PAK 30 Fight by a unanimous decision!

Men's Clothing Donation

May 12th - May 31st

Gently used men’s clothing and shoes will be collected in a bin at the FitnessWorks Front Desk from 5/12 through 5/31. Donations will be distributed at the Morro Bay Monday Night Community Dinner which is served EVERY Monday of the year at Morro Bay Vet’s Hall.
