Parents of Juniors: Medical Information

Pennsylvania State Law requires all students to have a second dose of the meningococcal vaccine prior to entry into 12th Grade (one dose was required for 7th grade, and the 2nd dose is required for 12th grade). Please review your student's immunization records and have your primary care provider take appropriate action. Please send a copy of your student's updated immunization record to the Main Office, Attn: "School Nurse" or you may also email it to thsnurse@thsrocks.us.

Named Scholarships

Each year, Trinity welcomes more than 150 new students. We prepare each of these unique students academically, socially, and spiritually, and we believe that ability to pay tuition should not be a barrier to a Catholic education. We hope that you will consider contributing to our Named Scholarship Fund. Below, you can find more information on this important scholarship fund. You can find the commitment form here. Please reach out to Mr. Cominsky with questions.

  • An individual, company, or organization may establish a Named Scholarship with a designated annual contribution of at least $500.
  • Donors may choose to name the scholarship (e.g., to honor others in any way).
  • Named Scholarships are typically awarded to students who have demonstrated financial need through the Diocese of Harrisburg and Trinity High School's STS Grant and Aid application process. The names of recipients are confidential.
  • The Named Scholarship commitment is for one academic year. Renewal letters are mailed annually in the spring.

Clubs & Activities

The Trinity band program had a great day at the Tournament Indoor Association Region 6 Final on Saturday, April 27. Both the Winter Guard and the Percussion ensembles took first place in their divisions! The guard did routines to the music of "Mr. Roboto," and the percussion ensemble did music from the Pirates of the Caribbean. Both shows were crowd pleasers, and the students performed their best shows of the season. Good luck to both groups as they leave on Wednesday, May 1, for Wildwood, New Jersey, to compete in the Atlantic Coast Finals!

Last weekend, students participated in the University of Maryland United Nations Conference V at College Park, Maryland.

Trinity won "Outstanding Small Delegation." Caroline Cunningham '24 won "Best Delegate in the Secretary General's Committee" and Maria Schadler '25 won "Best Position Paper" for representing Egypt on the African Union. It is the second small delegation victory for our students in three conferences!

Trinity Patriots Club visited the Pennsylvania Military Museum in Boalsburg. The museum's mission is to enable visitors "to gather and explore the story of the Commonwealth's men and women serving in the Armed Forces, civilian activities on the home front, and Pennsylvania's contributions to military innovation." Students received an exclusive, guided tour and participated in a "recon" activity that led them around the entire campus seeking out fascinating trivia. You can learn more about the museum and hopefully plan your own visit by checking out their website: .

Spiritual Life

Fifth Sunday of Easter, John 15:1-8

Jesus said to his disciples: "I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine grower. He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and every one that does he prunes so that it bears more fruit. You are already pruned because of the word that I spoke to you. Remain in me, as I remain in you. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you. By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples."
