Fun and Relaxation in the Sun

The health benefits of enjoying the great outdoors are endless. That’s why Parker takes great pride in creating a scenic and tranquil outdoor campus, for our patients/residents and visitors. We have two outdoor patios, with comfortable seating and shade. Our lower-level patio has a colorful serene koi pond and a pickleball court, that our patients enjoy this time of year. Our most popular open-air amenity is our outdoor park. The park's playset and wheelchair-accessible swing, make visitation fun for the entire family.

Quality Improvement Champion Honoree

On Monday, May 6, 2024, the United Hospital Fund's Tribute to Excellence in Health Care, honored Colleen Ariola, Parker’s Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services, as a Quality Improvement Champion. Parker's ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients/residents is largely thanks to Colleen’s expertise and leadership.

Pickle Ball Court

Re-Opening

Parker Jewish Institute is proud to have re-opened our famous pickleball court, on Friday, May 3, 2024. This fun, active sport improves balance, hand-eye coordination and heart health and even helps prevents osteoporosis. Located at our facility’s lower-level patio, our pickleball court provides an engaging activity for our patients/residents to enjoy as they regain their strength.
