A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO | |
Greetings,
It is hard to believe that a month has passed already since our most recent Quarterly Luncheon and visit from five national site selection consultants.
But time flies when you are having fun! AREA immediately turned around and represented the region at the Site Selectors Guild annual conference, engaging with dozens of leading national consultant representing client decisions. The continued top of line theme? The critical importance that power capacity and delivery capabilities will continue to have on all projects across the country.
I personally was also honored to represent the community on behalf of the Kirtland Partnership Committee and along with KPC Director Megan DeLaRosa at the Association of Defense Communities national summit - a gathering of organizations across the country dedicated to supporting their military bases, their personnel, and families. We are leading the country in a number of key initiatives but are focused on ongoing needs such as education and housing.
We also had the great fortune of welcoming two new talented team members to AREA: Erin Brubaker, Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist; and Anita Campbell, Existing Business & Workforce Engagement Manager. Please join me in welcoming them!
With gratitude,
