Dear Cromwell Community Members, 

The Cromwell Middle School project bidding stage remains on schedule. The committee will receive an update on the bidding status from the Construction Manager at its next meeting and then recommendations will be made at the end of the month.

The project site Phase I work is nearly complete. The Construction Manager’s trailer is on site and in the final stages of assembly. The temporary power to the trailer will be set up in the coming weeks.  

The project’s construction will begin once all the bids are received, approved, and accepted. The groundbreaking is still planned for February.
