The 67th Chez Nous Benefit set an all-time fundraising record on

March 23rd--thank you, attendees and supporters! The Kairos Retreat for the Class of '25 created a profound time away of spiritual reflection and connection for our juniors. And our Latin scholars excelled in the National Latin Exam. Next up, Alumnae Reunion on Friday May 3rd!

Rain and clouds on March 23rd couldn't dampen the spirit and generosity of the attendees of the 67th Annual Chez Nous Benefit! After a cocktail hour of mingling and Silent Auction bidding, guests were welcomed into the dining area by the melodic tones of the ND Glee Club, where they enjoyed a 3-course lunch, awards presentations, a riveting live auction, student speeches, an opportunity to raise their paddles to "Fund the Scholarship," and finally the drawing of Pick-a Prize and raffle winners. Notre Dame is very pleased and grateful to report that the school raised over $725,000 at this event! Heartfelt thanks to everyone who worked so hard on the event, donated prizes, joined in the celebration, and made a bid or pledge of support. We couldn't have done it without you.

ND Juniors had time away from classes for two and a half days of spiritual reflection and connection at the San Alfonso Retreat Center at Long Branch, New Jersey. Having grown closer to God and to one another, and after watching a beautiful sunrise on the coast, they came back ready to "live the third" and take their place as rising school leaders and role models Chez Nous. The juniors are grateful to ND Retreat Leader Mr. Kevin McDonald, the faculty chaperones, the senior retreat leaders, and their families for their ongoing support and guidance.

Latin Three students Kat Davis '24, Kacey McNamara '24, Christina Johnson '24 and Shelby Solomon '24 received awards for excellence in the National Latin Exam. Congratulations to them and to their teacher, Ms. Susan Shea-Klot!

A special reminder for ND Alums! The Heckscher Foundation has funded a $100,000 Alumnae Challenge Grant to boost giving and grow the next generation of supporters Chez Nous. To earn this matching grant, ND alums collectively need to give $100,000 more than in previous years by the end of our fiscal year on August 31, 2024. Please do your part by increasing your Annual Fund gift or by making your first donation to the school.
