Staff Appreciation Week is quickly approaching and an annual tradition at Hyde Park is to create unique flower arrangements for all of our amazing teachers and staff to enjoy.

First Shift: 7:25-11:30 & Second Shift: 9:15-2:00

Field Day = Fun Day for HPS Students!!!! It is a day that every student looks forward to and you have the opportunity to be a part of it. To pull this event off it requires a massive amount of volunteers. Trust us, we can't have too many and there's a job for everyone. Grades K-2 will be outside from 7:50-12:20, and Grades 3-6 will join 9:50-2:00.

For those of you who have never volunteered for a Field Day in the past, you have to see what you are missing. The kids spend their morning/afternoon playing outside games, eating pizza, dunking their principal and so much more. So sign up for a shift and get to see your student(s) at their Hyde Park happiest!
Preliminary figures from the Spring Celebration show that we have raised over $39,000! Amazing! This funding directly benefits our students, classrooms, and various experiences. We appreciate your contribution in making Hyde Park School an exceptional place.

2024 TALENT SHOW INFORMATION!

Key Dates:
Submission Window: April 29th- May 14th

Students will submit a video of their act to my Google Drive. Click on this link when you are ready to upload:  
If this doesn't work you can try sending it to my work email. (e-mail found below)

All acts should be no longer than two and a half minutes, but shorter is fine!

Anything your child is proud of they should feel free to share! They could hold up a picture they made, or a unique Lego structure they created. Music, dance, poetry, juggling, Taekwondo forms, etc. If you have questions send me an email at messerm@cpsboe.k12.oh.us

What I need in your video:
Your performer should announce their name, grade and the title of the piece they are performing before beginning.
Or if there is no title, a brief description of what they’re doing.
