Happy Wednesday Growth Alliance Members,
You may have heard me talk about our newest program, The Community Concierge program. This is designed to support employers in retaining (and in some cases attracting) valuable employees by facilitating their integration into the Greater Fort Dodge region. Through personalized assistance from a Volunteer Community Navigator, the program helps employees, and their families build relationships, access resources, and engage with various aspects of the community during their first year. I can not wait to see the impact this program can make for our newest community members to feel that sense of belonging to our amazing area. Please reach out today if you have ANY new employees at your business or if you know of others who could benefit from this opportunity. Just one more thing to make our community that much more delightful! 😊
We hope our members utilize this tool in our effort to continue to uphold growth and economic vitality in our robust region! Have a great rest of your week!
