Notable changes effective January 1, 2024
QuickBooks Receipt Capture may be use for Expenses. By downloading the QuickBooks App on your handheld device, you can utilize QuickBooks Receipt Capture feature to submit your weekly receipts. Receipt Capture cannot be used for any documentation other than Expense documentation. Using receipt capture for deposits, statements, or other supporting documentation will result in data connection issues in your QuickBooks system.
Multiple Scans may be sent on one email for supporting documentation. Due to the expansion of our audit systems, multiple Expense Receipts may be submitted on one email.
REMINDER: Multiple receipts that are combined into one scan will not be accepted. Combing multiple documents in to one scan is not supported by your audit and financial systems.
Year End portals will be sent to the client when tax preparer information is not supplied to Bell Solutions.
Notable [Sales Tax] changes effective February 1, 2024
Sales Tax Support Services are being expanded to meet regulatory changes. The Approval of taxable sales is required prior to filing. Options for monthly/annual approvals will be released in January 2024.
Sales Tax Support Services have been expanded to include Calculation Services. To meet the requirement of sales tax Nexus laws, Bell Solutions is restructuring support services. Sales Tax Data may be submitted to Bell Solutions, or you may opt to have your Nexus and Sales data reviews done by Bell Solutions. Options for your calculations will be released in January 2024.
