The Voices of Democracy Law Day theme encourages Americans to participate in the 2024 elections by deepening their understanding of the electoral process; discussing issues in honest and civil ways; turning out to vote; and, finally, helping to move the country forward after free and fair elections. In this way, Americans ensure that our government remains responsive to the wishes of the people. 

Our keynote speaker Justice Patrick F. Fischer will kick off the program followed by the DBA Liberty Bell Award which will be awarded to Brady Kress, CEO & President Dayton History. The Montgomery County Court awards, Dayton Municipal Court Award and the Montgomery County Clerk Award highlighting outstanding service to the community, will also take place during at this event. Join us for a hot lunch and celebration of Law Day!

All are welcome to attend this annual DBA seminar, designed to promote unity throughout the Dayton Bar and the Miami Valley community. We have included voices in this program that offer both legal and non-legal perspectives. The design of the programming is to highlight the humanity of our local practitioners while providing practical tools that may help to expand our bar membership's book of business.
