A YEAR TO BE PROUD OF!

With your help, 2023 has been a big year for us! As we approach the end of the year, we are thrilled to share with you the incredible progress and achievements made possible through your generous support to Hope Alliance. 

First-Ever Permanent

Vision Clinics

Thanks to your unwavering commitment, we have successfully opened two new permanent vision clinics. One in our hometown of Park City, Utah and another in Moab, Utah. These clinics are now serving as beacons of hope for local residents who previously had limited access to eye care services. Through these clinics, we have provided thousands of free eye exams, prescription glasses, and essential eye treatments, empowering individuals to thrive without the burden of visual impairment. 

International Outreach

Hope Alliance completed two impactful international trips in the past year. First, in Uganda, we provided full vision exams to over 1,400 Bwindi community members. We also broke ground on a new vision clinic in Uganda!

In the community of Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, we were able to provide full vision exams and glasses to 106 children and 144 adults in need.

On March 1, we head back to Lake Atitlán, Guatemala to provide vision care to community members without access.

In addition to all of this, we are also exploring ways to expand our international vision care program into Tanzania.

Coming Up in 2024

It’s hard to believe but Hope Alliance will be celebrating its 25^th anniversary in 2024! For 25 years Hope Alliance has been providing relief to communities locally and worldwide and we will continue to focus on our mission of providing Vision for All.

Through our initiatives, we are well on our way to achieving sustainability in our programs. The long-term relationships we’ve developed along the way have also contributed to our success. All of this

is in keeping with our commitment to the communities we will serve in 2024 and beyond.
