SALLY'S NEXT CHAPTER

A GENTLE GIANT LOOKING FOR LOVE

Sally's journey is one of resilience, love, and hope. When she arrived at the Animal Center in October, she was pregnant and in need of care. Shortly after, Sally gave birth to nine beautiful, healthy puppies. With the support of one of our incredible fosters, she was a devoted mother, raising her pups with unmatched tenderness and dedication.

Now, all of Sally’s puppies have found their forever homes, and it’s her turn to experience the love and stability she so deserves. Sally is a stunning Cane Corso Mastiff, weighing around 90 pounds, but don’t let her size fool you - her heart is as big as her gentle, sweet spirit.

Sally is ready to be someone’s loyal companion and lifelong friend. Could that be you? Come meet her and let her story touch your heart. Visit us during adoption hours -Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Rancho Cucamonga Animal Center (11780 Arrow Rte.). Sally’s happily ever after is waiting, and you might be the one to give it to her.

HOME HEATING SAFETY

With cold temperatures upon us, we encourage our Rancho Cucamonga Community to practice these safety tips while heating your home:

  • Keep anything that can burn at least three feet away from heating equipment, like a furnace, fireplace, wood stove, or portable space heater.
  • Have heating equipment and chimneys cleaned and inspected annually by a qualified professional.
  • Ensure your chimney flue is open while in use.
  • Never use your oven to heat your home.
  • Remember to turn portable space heaters off when leaving the room and before going to bed.
  • Install and maintain carbon monoxide (CO) alarms to avoid the risk of CO poisoning. Do not light your heater if you smell gas. Leave the home immediately and call the fire department or the gas company.
