Ministry Highlights From 2023!
2023 Global Conference, Chiang Mai, Thailand
Greetings!

Three years ago, God burdened our hearts to double the number of workers we have trained from 10,000 to 20,000 workers. We thought it would take five years. The Lord empowered our team to accomplish this in 2.5 years. Although the pandemic shut down the world, the ministry did not shut down. I am reminded of 2 Timothy 2:9, where Paul states, "the word of God is not bound!” The Lord enabled us to grow by 40%. At the end of 2019, we had 5,600 students in
training. Now, by God’s grace, we have nearly 9,000 students in training. We are amazed at God, for He is able to do more abundantly than we can ask or think! To God be the glory!
As the year comes to a close, I'd like to share and celebrate some of our ministry highlights from this past year. Thank YOU for YOUR continuous support and faithful prayers.
Our Year in Review serves as a reminder of our mission to equip multiplying leaders and a vision of where CCI is going with your help. We praise the Lord for new workers for the harvest. However, we have 61 new national coordinators whose support will run out at the end of the year. To ensure their ministry will continue throughout 2024, we need $219,600 to cover $300 per month for each coordinator's travel, ministry, and personal needs. We PRAISE THE LORD that $37,200 has already been committed. This leaves $182,400 to meet their need for 2024. We are grateful for ministry partners who have provided a matching gift of $60,000. Your gift toward the coordinator goal DOUBLES until December 31st!

Spring and Fall Tours
Spring Tour in the South Pacific
During April, Sitha Dourng (Cambodia), Henry Ventura (Philippines), Somsay and Seune Inthisorn (Laos), and I toured churches in Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand. We attended
the first graduation in Australia and a graduation in New Zealand. We shared the ministry and encouraged our brothers and sisters from down under.
Fall Tour in the USA
From mid-August to mid-October, seven National Directors from SE Asia, David Narvaez and I toured 28 churches in VA, TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, and FL. God used us to encourage churches, give reports to donors, and challenge the church to embrace God’s mission in the world in making disciples of
all nations.
Celebration at the Global Conference
From November 5-10, over 200 of our team members, along with visitors from Uganda, Kenya, and Pakistan, gathered together in Chiang Mai, Thailand, to celebrate God’s goodness in empowering us to reach our goal of 20,000 trained workers of the Lord! We participated in worship, discussed discipleship and ministry expansion, and heard testimonies of God’s faithfulness. Click here to view videos recapping the conference.
As we reflect on the highlights of 2023, we cannot help but be filled with gratitude for all that the Lord has done in and through the ministry.

We are especially grateful for the unwavering support and generosity of each and every one of you. Your prayers and financial contributions have enabled us to continue spreading the love of Christ around the world.

We know that none of this would be possible without your partnership, and we want to take a moment to express our deepest appreciation. Thank you for being a part of the CCI family.
Wishing you have safe and Happy New Year. God Bless.

Grace and peace,
David Nelson
