Happy April, Panther Parents and Families! We hope this email finds you well and your student's semester is going well. March was filled with a lot of fun and good time with our Panthers!

Monthly Parent Webinar Series

As a way to ensure parents are receiving the correct information about their child’s college experience, we have created a monthly parent webinar series. These webinars will include different campus departments sharing their roles on campus and how they can aid your students to be as successful as possible, as well as allowing time for a Q+A.

We will be hosting our next, and final, Parent and Family Webinar of the semester on April 15th, at 6 pm via Zoom. This webinar will be hosted by the Office of Academic Services and Retention. You can register for the webinar using this link!

Applying for Graduation

All students who plan to attend one of Adelphi’s 2024 Commencement ceremonies must apply to graduate. After successfully applying to graduate, you will receive an email from MarchingOrder in the Spring 2024 semester with instructions for registering to take part in our May ceremonies.

Adelphi’s 2024 Commencement will be celebrated with two ceremonies, held at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, on Tuesday, May 21:

• Undergraduate candidates will be recognized at our 10:30 a.m. ceremony
• Graduate candidates will be recognized at our 4:00 p.m. ceremony

Each graduate will receive 10 guest tickets to the ceremony. Apply today on CLASS. For more information, please visit the Commencement Website.

1. We have rental, digital and used textbook formats available to help you save money.
2. Shop online and pick up your textbooks and materials in store when you arrive on campus for no additional fee, or have them shipped to you at your convenience.

4. The Adelphi University Bookstore works directly with instructors to ensure we have the right materials for all classes, giving you a one-stop-shop. We are always close by in the UC.
5. We offer select lab supplies in store and online.
6. We support campus by hiring student workers, and purchases made through the campus bookstore support the university.
7. Drop or Change Classes? Full refunds are available during the designated drop/add timeframe.
8. We accept Financial Aid, Scholarships, and other book credits that are not accepted anywhere else. Want to pay with Cash? See store for details.
9. Need assistance with your book or digital code? We can help! The campus bookstore can assist students with materials purchased through the campus bookstore.
10. We buy books back for Cash! At the end of the semester you can sell any purchased books back to the bookstore no matter where you bought them. If we need them, we will buy them back.

• April 5: Undergraduate registration for Fall 2024 begins
• April 16: No classes
• April 22: Last day to withdraw from a course
• May 7: Last day of classes
• May 8-9: Makeup/Study day - No classes
• May 10-16: Final exams
• May 20: Doctoral Hooding
• May 21: Commencement Ceremony - Spring 2024
