Keystone STARS CQI Award Deadline Approaching

Deadline February 15, 2024

The deadline for Department of Human Services (DHS) certified child care providers who are eligible for the Keystone STARS Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Award is Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024.

 

Beginning on Dec. 18, 2023, but no later than Feb. 15, 2024, eligible STAR 2,3 and 4 providers must:

  1. Review the Keystone STARS CQI Award Eligibility and Acceptance Letter that they received from the ELRC.
  2. Enter the dollar amount they wish to receive (up to the maximum allowable amount).
  3. Sign and date the Keystone STARS CQI Award Eligibility and Acceptance Letter acknowledging that they understand and agree to the attestation information.
  4. Return the Keystone STARS CQI Award Eligibility and Acceptance Letter to the ELRC electronically (through email or fax) or USPS on or before Feb. 15, 2024.

If you believe your program is eligible for an Award, but have not received an Eligibility and Acceptance Letter, please contact your ELRC immediately.
