Hello Black Scholars Community!
Our annual gala is back and will be held Sunday, May 5th in the Carpenter Performing Arts Center at California State University Long Beach. Doors will open at 4 p.m. and the program will begin at 5:30 p.m. This year’s theme is Legacy in Leadership, and we invite each of you to join us for this special night as we celebrate our village and the support that it provides our students. The program includes recognition of our 2024 honorees who have made significant contributions to the Legacy of the Long Beach community. Soon we will announce our special musical guest. Look out for that announcement coming soon! Please join the Black Scholars program and the rest of the Long Beach community in supporting the future of our students by attending this event.
Ticket Prices:
Premier Admission (VIP) - $200
General Admission - $65
Student - $20
VIP tickets are limited and include priority seating, and exclusive access to the backstage reception / after-party with sponsors, performers and scholarship recipients. The reception / after-party will take place after the program with catered food and refreshments.
