Frisky Felines Begin Fooling Around In April

Longer days, warmer nights, and mating in the air make this the perfect time of year to spay/neuter your pet. We’ve been very fortunate to offer additional spay/neuter clinics in 2024 to help pet owners get their pets fixed before an “oops” litter happens.

Nearly 50% of all the spays/neuters provided are discounted or fully subsidized through the generosity of donors who help cover the cost of the supplies, drugs, and veterinary time.

Please help stop “oops” litters on April Fool’s Day by donating $20, $30, or more toward offering a free cat or dog spay/neuter.

Stop the ‘fooling around’ and be part of controlling the pet population right in your backyard.

Happy Ever After

Cheddar was brought in as an un-neutered stray. He was a little banged up from living outside and getting into fights with other cats.

After Cheddar was neutered, he was adopted.

Recently, his adopters posted on Facebook, “We all fell in love with him within a few days of being here. He was a sweet resident, always happy for attention and seemingly grateful for the care and warm, cozy space to stay and heal.”

Thank you all who donate and give animals like Cheddar a second chance.
