ABOUT

Ogier

Ogier's global Estate Planning, Wills and Probate team has specialists in BVI, Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey law who advise on all aspects of wills and probate legislation, including powers of attorney. We provide a responsive, clear and compassionate service to clients and their advisers. Our global team works together seamlessly to provide a joined-up service to clients with assets across a number of our jurisdictions. The BVI, Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey each have their own wills and probate legislation and procedures, which are separate and quite different from those in other jurisdictions. There are also different procedures to follow when administering an estate depending on where an individual was domiciled. It is essential therefore to get specialist advice if you're responsible for administering an estate in one of these jurisdictions, or an estate with assets in these jurisdictions.
