Hugh Bregazzi

Associate Director, Cpl


Recruitment Associate Director leading Cpl's offering in Risk, Cyber Security and Quantitative Analytics recruitment. Specialist in risk roles working across a broad range of financial services clients including international banks, investment & retail banks, and investment managers covering mid to senior level positions. Hugh holds a MSc in Quantitative Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School and a BEng in Structural Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology.


Grace Burke

Head of Communications, Amundi


An accomplished senior marketing and communications leader with 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, both in Ireland and internationally. Grace enjoys working in fast paced, positive environments where there are opportunities to build and scale communication strategies. Grace is experienced in establishing and growing brand awareness and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and services, localised to market needs and nuances. Grace, the Head of Communications at Amundi Ireland and a member of the Ireland Management Committee. Grace is also studying part time for an Executive MBA at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Dublin, hold a first class honours MA in Media Communications from Griffith College Dublin and an honours diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute of Ireland.


Graham Fox

Head of Distribution, Amundi


Graham Fox is the Head of Distribution for Amundi Ireland. He is responsible for managing and developing Amundi Ireland’s domestic Irish business across all client segments. Before joining Amundi, Graham was Head of Broker Investment Sales with Irish Life for over thirteen years and Head of Distribution for State Street Global Advisors where he was responsible for developing both companies Irish retail business’s. Graham holds a Commerce degree from University College Dublin, a Master in Business Studies from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Graham is also the current chair of the Distribution Committee for the Irish Association of Investment Managers having previously chaired the associations Responsible Investment Committee.


Aylin Barry

100 Women in Finance Early Career Committee Member


Aylin is an associate in the Walkers' Asset Management and Investment Funds group based in the Ireland office. Aylin has experience in working with domestic and international clients on the establishment of various investment fund vehicles, including UCITS, fund of funds, master-feeder structures and closed-ended funds across a range of asset classes. Aylin also advises investment funds and fund service providers on ongoing legal and regulatory matters connected to the operation of their business including ESG compliance. Aylin was awarded the Gallagher Shatter Award from The Law Society of Ireland for her achievement of high marks. Aylin is a committee member on the 100 Women in Finance: Early Career Committee and has recently completed, with distinction, a Diploma in Applied Alternative Investments from UCD in conjunction with the Institute of Banking.
