THE SPEAKERS:

Chris Maria Green, is a Partner and leader of Manufacturing Digitalisation in the Life Science team at Implement Consulting Group. Having recently joined from leadership positions within the industry, she brings a unique perspective on the journey towards a digital operation in Manufacturing and Quality but also the experience of what it takes to drive these large projects and programs to implementation.

She will share some of the most recent insights from an industry survey, launched by Implement earlier this year, as well as a couple of challenges for our participants on how Senior Leaders can best support and secure that 'Digital is now'.

David Stewart, is the Senior VP Operational Alignment & Process Technology, at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies, has a +20 year track record as a leader within the industry and having spent portions of his career in both Switzerland and now Denmark, he also holds a few unique perspectives and insights across the borders. Today his career has taken him to Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies as SVP and overall responsible for the execution of all Commercial Scale capacity expansion projects to successfully go live. Spanning a +300% increase in output volume for the company, this is made possible through novel approaches for both design, construction and operational readiness - an integral part of the company's strategic ambitions.
