Dear Neighbors,
The date for the Commission Hearing for the Tomoka Reserve R-2 rezoning application has been changed and will no longer be occurring in February. Here is the new information:

Tuesday, March 5, 2024
Calvary Christian Center (west of I-95)

Residents are allowed 3 minutes each to provide testimony at the hearing. As we get closer to the date, I will provide you topics for your testimony and explain how the Commission voting process works.
For now, you can still email letters to the Mayor and Commissioners prior to the hearing to express your concerns about the R-2 rezoning which could allow approximately 317 homes to be built on the Tomoka Oaks golf course property.
