Updates to the MO BoS CoC Governance Charter:

Members of the Missouri Balance of State Continuum of Care refer to this short list of changes to the Charter. These changes will be voted on and ratified at the Full CoC Membership Meeting. Ensure that your organization is aware of who is the Primary Voter for your team.

Changes:

Change of the term "Collaborative Applicant" to Lead Agency (throughout)
Addition of a short anti-discrimination statement (pg 6)
Addition of regional determinations (pg 6)
Addition of Ex-Officio Seat for a Youth Action Board Member (pg 7)
Expectation of At-Large Board members to attend 75% of a region's meetings (pg 7)
Addition to Board Leadership of Immediate Past Chair (pg 8)
Deletion of Board Term limits and addition of language, "Individuals may serve unlimited terms on the Board through the election process." (pg 10)
Addition of HMIS committee and renaming of the RGI committee to the Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, and Awareness (IDEA) committee (pg 12)

Helpful Tips for the Meeting:

The meeting will be held via Google Meets
The meeting will be recorded and posted on our website, however viewing the recording post meeting does not count as attendance to the meeting
Attendees will be asked to complete forms for attendance, voting and post meeting survey. Each of these forms will account for an organization's participation and attendance to the meeting.
Ensure that you know who the primary and alternate voters are for your organization. Each organization may have one vote
A password will be provided at the meeting to act as the signature of the CoC for grant close outs.
