Kenneth L. Koch, MD, is an Emeritus Professor of Medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and current Medical Director at Enterra Medical. He has had a career-long interest in understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms of nausea and gastroparesis.  

He recently co-authored a book with Laura Dotson, a gastroparesis patient. The book is entitled Comforting Your Uncomfortable Stomach.
