City of Medina Hotel Survey

The City of Medina has been working with the developers of the Legacy Hotel on their project located in the Medina Historic District in the block between Washington Street and Smith Road on South Court Street. This 75-80 room hotel will offer meeting areas serving from 10-200 people, a fitness room, an upscale restaurant along with the rooftop lounge, an event center for larger company meetings or banquets and expanded on site parking.

We are reaching out to the industrial and manufacturing community to receive updated feedback on the benefits this hotel might have for your company. We value your input on how your company might utilize this hotel in downtown Medina and what amenities you feel are important for your visitors.

Please have someone in your company complete this very brief, updated survey no later than Friday, March 8, 2024.

Chamber Business Blog

Does your morning begin post coffee? If so, then you know the importance of that routine (and caffeine addiction). Your morning just isn’t the same without it. You can create the same addiction to your business. It just requires a more carefully created artifice or brand. Without the help of caffeine or other addictive substance, you’ll need to use marketing and a persona that draws people in and makes them want to be a part of your business.

Whether you are a company of one or 100, there are ways to help customers feel a “need” for you. You just have to find the right combination of desires and attitudes.
