March 1, 2024

Join us for our fourth week of our I AM series where we will explore Jesus' statement, "I am the True Vine." This metaphorical representation calls us to abide in Christ, recognizing that true transformation and fruitfulness flow from a deep, connected relationship with Him.

Jeff Kersey, Senior Pastor, will be preaching in the Auditorium for the Contemporary Worship services; Grace Marie Ward, Worship Arts Director, will be preaching in the Sanctuary for the Traditional Worship services.

For those worshiping remotely, you're invited to watch our services online, on Facebook and YouTube.

Medication Collection

The Missions Team travelling to serve our partner in Samoa, Mission of Hope, is collecting medication and medical supplies for the hundreds of people at their medical outreaches. If you can contribute, please click here for a full list of the medications and supplies we are looking for. All medications need to be new and have an expiration date that is no sooner than December 2024. We can accept any brand. Please drop your donation in the labeled bin at the Missions Center (West Building next to the Guest Services desk) on Sunday mornings OR at our Administrative Office while the church office is open. Thank you in advance!

Best WKND Ever

Best WKND Ever is back and BETTER than ever!

Best WKND Ever is EXACTLY what it sounds like, a weekend dedicated to High School and Middle School students growing in their relationship with God.

The year’s theme for Best WKND Ever is “Better." When we live a life connected to Jesus, our choices are better, our friendships are better, and our purpose is better. John 10:10 tells us that Jesus came to give us life and life to the full. That is what this weekend is all about, discovering the better that is offered to us in Christ.

The weekend of March 15-17, we will have an amazing guest speaker, tons of games, lots of meaningful fellowship and let's not forget, food! Go ahead and get signed up now for what will certainly be THE BEST WEEKEND EVER. Register here.

Tickets are on sale now at mthorebchurch.org/concerts.

Easter Service Times

We want you to make plans to join us for Easter week here at Mt Horeb. Our Maundy Thursday service will be on March 28 at 6:30 PM in the Sanctuary and we will have our Easter services on Sunday, March 31. There will be a sunrise service at 6:30 AM in the Sanctuary and then we will have Traditional Services at 9:30 & 11:00 AM and Contemporary Services at 8:00, 9:30, & 11:00 AM. Please note the time differences of these services. We hope that this will help accommodate our growth for this Sunday. We know this will be a wonderful celebration of our risen Lord that you won’t want to miss!
